Senior Functional Consultants (Three Positions)

Qualification: BE (Mechanical, Production), MBA, MCA, M.Com., MCM, BBA

Experience: Minimum of two years working in Manufacturing Industry

Age: Around 25-30 years

Functional Consultants (Five Positions)

Qualification: BE (Mechanical, Production), MBA, MCA, M.Com., MCM, BBA

Experience: 0 to two years working in Manufacturing Industry. Candidates with some experience will be preferred.

Candidates must have working hands-on knowledge or exposure to following:

  • Hands-on good working knowledge of using Windows, Office Products Like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Searching Internet and find useful information
  • Working with standard software's used in Industry like Tally, or any other Custom Application Software / ERP
  • Knowledge of using ChatGPT in routine working will be optional but will be considered as an advantage.

Candidates must:

  • be able to interact well (verbal and written) in Regional Language, Hindi and English
  • be able to work well within the team and be a good team player, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • work with a positive / proactive mindset and attitude

  • have their own vehicle and be medically fit enough to travel within or outside Nashik for work as and when communicated by our Senior Team Member

Selected candidates will be expected to Implement ERP Solution in Manufacturing, Trading or Services Company within or outside Nashik.
Company will initially give hands on training to selected candidates and also share working functional knowledge of the ERP Solution and Implementation Phases. They will be supported adequately by existing team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities in ERP Implementation include following:

  • Understand usage and functionality of ERP Software quickly
  • Interact regularly and comfortably across various departments
  • Review and understand business process documentation
  • Negotiate solutions that promote success of the project
  • Support and accept the planning of the ERP Implementation phase
  • Actual execution according to plans and timely reporting.
  • Report project progress to project manager
  • Assist to create and communicate project status reports
  • Highlight problem areas that need urgent attention by Project Leader
  • Give detailed walk through and training of ERP to end users
  • Work as a Central Point of contact for resolving all issues from end users
  • Ensure quality and timeliness for the delivery / deployment, services
  • Ensure customer acceptance for delivered services
  • Play key role in the implementation of ERP system (Installing patches, Configuring, testing and training)
  • Keeping track of Approve project charges such as travel expenses or billable/non billable time spent
  • Work as per requirement with Onsite – Offsite model
  • Act as a Point of Contact after Customers starting using ERP within the company
  • Visiting customer site (local / outstation) for defined work for any of the tasks above.
